Overview

Music Audience Exchange (MAX) is looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our integrated go-to-market team. Our mission is to help musicians and brands better engage fans together. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative design, a knack for multimedia storytelling, and a desire to join a fast-paced, growing company.

The Multimedia Graphic Designer is part of the Marketing team, but will work cross-functionally across the entire company to produce a variety of content, primarily digital, web, and video, with some creative print projects. This important role contributes to a team environment that promotes continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and develop compelling multimedia communications (ex: presentations, dynamic web pages, pitch mockups, videos, social media graphics / GIFs, case studies, eGuides, etc.)
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams
  • Uphold quality standards of all creative deliverables
  • Estimate timelines and meet deadlines on assigned projects
  • Visually support business development needs (primarily the marketing & sales teams)
  • Stay current on trends and developments in digital / web design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts / Design / Marketing, Communications or similar preferred

  • 3-5 years related experience (agency, consumer brand, etc.) 

  • Portfolio of current work is required to be submitted with application

  • Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Advanced user/designer of slide presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides)

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite (email, docs, sheets, etc.)

  • Experience designing for themed web pages - candidates with HubSpot CMS experience preferred

  • Experience building videos (Programs: After Effects, Premier Pro)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially storytelling in a sales/marketing context

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to remain organized and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Simultaneously work on multiple projects at various levels of completion

  • Start-up mentality

  • Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks

Bonus Points

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack 

  • Experience building event collateral
  • Experience working with print shops / packaging companies
