Music Audience Exchange (MAX) is looking for a Brand Integrations Specialist to join our integrated go-to-market team. Our mission is to help musicians and brands better engage fans together. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative storytelling, music, brand partnerships, and a desire to join a fast-paced, growing company.
The Brand Integrations team primarily supports the Brand Partnerships team (sales team) by managing everything necessary to draft a customized proposal, requiring interactions with nearly every team within the company. This role is part proposal strategy & creative ideation, part internal coordination, and part project management. The team also handles client contracts, program packaging, campaign recaps, case studies, meeting decks, sales education, and more.

Providing support to Brand Partnerships team to develop integrated music programs for brands that connect artists, custom content, digital & social media, and live (sometimes virtual) experiences
Working with Sales Executives, CRO, and other internal stakeholders to create effective, custom proposals that meet client KPIs
Developing client proposals that include strategic thinking, creative concepting, coordinating with internal teams (Media, Artist Relations), and effective written storytelling
Managing the process from request to final deliverable (typically PowerPoint)
Handling multiple projects simultaneously to ensure accurate, timely delivery
Working with Brand Partnerships and Legal teams to manage the contract process for NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, from draft through negotiation to signatures
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
3-5 years related experience (agency, consumer brand, etc.)
Expertise in PowerPoint
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite (email, docs, slides, etc.)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially storytelling in a sales context
Strong attention to detail
Ability to remain organized and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Simultaneously work on multiple projects at various levels of completion
Start-up mentality
Good interpersonal skills, collaborating with many different personalities
Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
Fluent in English and Spanish
Adobe Creative Suite: Graphic design skills in Photoshop for creating mockups/FPO creative
Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack
Demonstrated proficiency developing creative solutions for clients
Experience with Prisma, media plan spreadsheets, etc.
